brockhampton, 2017
recommended for martin
just like martin, i grew up listening to brockhampton. they were the light to my life, with amazing music and just soul crushing performances. this is one of my favorite songs from brockhampton, and i hope you enjoy this!

recommended for juhoon
maybe juhoon will like the nighty, mystic, fantasy vibes
content note: graphic violence
mirage
avenoir, 2025
recommended for coer
it’s a very slow and chill r&b album that i really enjoy, featuring “art of war,” which blew up on tiktok even though some of his other songs haven’t reached as wide of an audience. i’d also recommend checking out his 2023 album noire and showing some love to more of his music.
transpiração continua prolongada
charlie brown jr, 1997
recommended for all of cortis
charlie brown jr were one of the biggest and most influential brazilian rock bands of the late 90s and 2000s, blending skate punk, alternative rock, rap and reggae in a way i think the boys would really enjoy.

7kelji (dominic fike), 2025
recommended for keonho
this is a dominic fike song that was posted on a throwaway account, and there are so many of dom’s songs that are posted this way. keonho is missing out on them!!!

edward scissorhands
tim burton, 1990
recommended for all of cortis
it’s a popular movie from well known director but very meaningful, especially for sensitive people and that’s why i think they might enjoy it. the theme says a lot about being different and misunderstood by others and feeling like we don’t belong. it also captures how judgemental the society is.
content note: mild violence, sexual content, dark themes

edward skeletrix, 2026

frequently happy
david larbi, 2025
recommended for all of cortis
this book is primarily a poetry collection with meditations and journal prompts, structured around 52 chapters for each week of the year. i think they might enjoy going on that year-long journey with it, using it as an anchor for mindfulness, gratitude, and staying grounded in their thoughts and emotions. titanic rising
weyes blood, 2019
recommended for seonghyeon
titanic rising has these angelic sounds that are hard to even explain, with lush 1970s-style chamber pop and soft rock throughout. i think seonghyeon might like it since he recommends female voices so often ;)))
dìdi
sean want, 2024
recommended for all of cortis
dìdi talks a lot about being asian in another country, growing up and navigating life as a teenager, so i think the boys could really relate to it. the photography and style are also chef’s kiss.
content note: strong language, sexual content, substance use, violence
window seat
erykah badu, 2010
recommended for martin
i’m not too sure if martin has ever explored neo-soul, but if not this song is so his vibe. to me, it expresses getting out of your comfort zone and moving to a different place mentally to reach a new sense of comfort. which to me, martin totally yearns for, and is always trying to reach the next level, while also staying grounded :)
persona 3 reload original soundtrack
atlus, 2024
recommended for all of cortis
i think you should really give this album a chance. it explores grief, sadness, loss, hope, rebirth and looking toward the future, all handled beautifully through the music. it can be heartbreaking and motivating at the same time, and i really recommend listening to the soundtrack because it feels like something that can touch your soul and remind you to enjoy the moment and keep moving forward.

sadder days, 2026
recommended for all of cortis
this morning i listened to this entire album (i had only listened to ‘yin’ not realizing song continued), and it was filled with so much musicality. i really think all the members — mainly martin — would take a lot of interest since some of the songs give a similar feeling to cortis, especially ‘heavy’. i don’t want to list my x, so I’ll just go by “it could be louder” (i love loud music).
