brockhampton, 2016

recommended for keonho

one of the songs keonho has recommended before is emmaus by andrew aged, and i think this song has around the same feel as emmaus (as well as the whole crown album by him).
it's also just a beautiful song about romance, longing, and relationship complications.

beach house, 2022

recommended for juhoon

this song is just calm as juhoon is and i think he would love it

yung lean, 2014

recommended for all of cortis

i think martin and seonghyeon would enjoy this song most because of its dreamy, nostalgic cloud-rap sound and melancholic feel. since yung lean was only 17 when he released it, the lyrics about loneliness, vulnerability, money, and escapism feel especially raw and honest.

miúcha & tom jobim, 1977

recommended for juhoon

this is a brazilian bossa nova song about being completely enchanted by someone you love. it’s soft, romantic, and poetic, which is why i feel like it fits jju’s vibe so well, especially since he likes calmer romantic songs like daniel caesar’s.

jikamarie, 2022

recommended for martin

reminded me of ‘lovers who hesitate’, in the melancholic yet lovestruck sense. and the lyrics are cute. #yearner.

title fight, 2015

recommended for all of cortis

hyperview is an alternative and indie rock album that also has a lot of shoegaze and post-punk influences. i think all of cortis would enjoy it.

muse, 2001

recommended for all of cortis

one of the less known songs in the album, but sooo worth it!!
won’t spoil much, but its pretty noisy.

being one of the best singers of her time, and all time. i think james would really love her music.
this song is like a cool morning breeze which is exactly what james feels like.

ecau, 2026

recommended for coer

my friend goes by ecau, she’s a huge coer and makes electronic music on soundcloud. i think anyone wanting to explore smaller artists might really like her music, and even if she wasn’t my best friend, i’d still listen because she has so much passion for it.

this song just reminds me of Martin and I think he would appreciate the airy electroclash production on this song… i recommend listening to it late at night, especially when life doesn’t feel real.

massive attack, 1998

martin likes to discover and create music and this album explores way beyond that. i think it will resonate with him a lot and it will inspire him to perfect his craft.

james blake, 2013

i just love this song and want to share it with them and other coer! the ending chorus is my favorite part.

domo genesis, 2023

the lyrics remind me of cortis, especially lines about determining your own future and achieving greatness. the song’s themes of hard work, ambition, and the reality of making it in the industry feel like something they could all relate to.

hanson, 2007

recommended for martin

it's one of my favorite albums and every time i listen to it somehow i feel like martin would like it as well! especially songs like been there before and blue sky.

eisley, 2005

recommended for keonho

based on his interest in clairo and hanroro, and because it seems he enjoys songs with soft female vocals, i feel like keonho would like eisley's music a lot! <3

lancey foux, 2019

recommended for coer

james once mentioned one of his role models is lancey foux and it made me think of some coers maybe were interested in him, so i wanted to recommend a song by him! hope you like it :)
