a place in my heart
club 8, 2001
recommended for all of cortis
i think they might enjoy its dreamy, slightly bittersweet sound and the contrast between the soft, nostalgic melody and more melancholic lyrics. since cortis seems to enjoy experimenting with different genres and sounds, this kind of atmospheric indie pop could be interesting for them, and club 8’s discography is worth checking out too.

yyeon, 2023
recommended for all of cortis
this underhyped album genuinely gives me completely positive vibes for absolutely no reason. it captures the meaningful, fleeting transition period between childhood and adulthood. most of the songs on this album sound "similar" but all carry different meanings. the song "지끈지끈" is my favourite!
boys don’t cry
the cure, 1979
recommended for juhoon
it’s a post-punk track that is upbeat with meaning.
i think he would like it along with other tracks from the cure.
love love love
epik high, 2007
recommended for martin
the way the rap parts in the verses of this song complement the vocals in the chorus is just majestic (like martin ofc). idk why, i just think lover boy martin will enjoy this song <3
faded stained glass
the english system, 2002
recommended for all of cortis
i think cortis would really like this because it feels like color in sound, hazy, nostalgic, dreamy, and somehow sad but warm at the same time. even though it’s from 2002, it feels timeless and has that diy bedroom feel that matches how they create things themselves; it feels very color outside the lines.
she looks so perfect
5 seconds of summer, 2014
recommended for martin
his go-to karaoke song for sure i know ball (my close personal friend martin)
i’ve seen it
olivia dean, 2025
recommended for juhoon
it is a beautiful portrayal of love everywhere all around us. i feel like he would enjoy the mellow vibe since he doesn’t smile as often
do you like me?
daniel caesar, 2023
recommended for coer
very chill, not sad nor happy, just a late night drive typa song. especially recommended to juhoon-biased folks.

alison's halo, 1995
recommended for martin
this album is very dreamy and atmospheric. it has a lot of reverb-y guitar sounds and distortions which reminds me a lot of slowdive and cocteu twins, which i feel like martin might really enjoy!
long season
fishmans, 1996
recommended for coer
for the coers who like rock music, i want to share one of my favourite bands with you. this song is quite long and i recommend listening to this song while going on a walk, preferably after the sky has gone dark to really feel it!!!
colour trip
ringo deathstarr, 2011
recommended for all of cortis
since cortis has mentioned and recommended quite a bit of shoegaze i want to recommend them one of my favourite albums from the genre. if i were to describe this album i would say its like a happy and brighter sounding shoegaze!
headphones on
addison rae, 2025
recommended for coer
life is hard for all of us, and sometimes when things get heavy, all you can do is put your headphones on. this song reminds me of james, but i wanted to share it for everyone

i wonder what it felt like to be in France back then, maybe it was just like this song; full of that warm and gentle sunshine.

out for the night (live)
the marias, 2019
recommended for keonho
keonho was once listening to clairo and shelly while on live with seonghyeon. i feel he would also enjoy the marias’ music because they’re quite similar in a sense.
skin and bones
the sundays, 1990
recommended for juhoon
recommending a song from one of my favorite albums of all time to juhoon. being the old soul he is, the sundays’ music to me screams nostalgia and comfort.
thats no fun
steve lacy, 2020
recommended for james
i really love how james perceives life and how he has such a broad taste in everything, never limiting himself to specific things. he's always evolving and changing because that's part of life, and he understands that. this song portrays exactly how it's not fun to stay the same
